Professionally, I'm a backend JavaScript and TypeScript engineer at Lunchbox
(but I'm secretly full-stack and these are some things I've built in my spare time)
the sign for your favorite NYC subway station, but in your pocket or on your wall. uses realtime GTFS data and updates every 30 seconds
a free and fun party game of head-to-head wits. a prompt is given, players submit the best answer they can think of, and then vote for their favorite
a random powerpoint generator that pulls image and text from a variety of sources. great for powerpoint karaoke or, in a pinch, board meetings
like Ninite, for the Chocolatey package manager for Windows. a simple checklist of apps you might want to install on a fresh PC
a tool I created for a live comedy show where each audience member can pick an emoji and watch it whizz around the screen as they update their vote
my first database-through-SPA full stack app. A site that lets you rank things, your friend rank things, and everybody find the one true ranking of things
a Slack bot written in Python that turns any message into an inspirational wallpaper. no longer online, this was very much a lessons learned project
like a static site generator for PDFs. i wanted a resume multiple versions and easy iterability, so I made a tool to render it using HTML, CSS and Puppeteer
this is a link to my GitHub, but most of my favorite projects are on this page
